At Feilin Lin's School of Piano, youngsters interested in recreational playing, performing in festivals,
or participating in competitions and other piano events, receive exceptional high-quality teaching
from one of several experienced teachers.

All teachers at Feilin Lin's School of Piano have advanced university degrees in piano performance.
Through positive meticulous instruction, students are inspired to embrace the highest standards of
musical and virtuoso piano technique as they develop into confident well-rounded young pianists.
Students are individually taught by their instructors using traditional classical piano instruction, and
are given ample opportunities to grow as pianists in weekly lessons, periodic seminars, local festivals,
and yearly recitals for all piano studios at Feilin Lin's School of Piano.

wealth of piano knowledge inherited from her piano mentors and their direct-lineage ancestors.
Feilin Lin’s piano lineage stretches unbroken to Ludwig van Beethoven and Josef Haydn via the famed
piano teacher Carl Czerny, the teacher of Franz Liszt and Theodor Leshetikzky. In addition to Franz
Liszt, her direct piano lineage extends to composer-pianists Johannes Brahms, Frederic Chopin, and
Oliver Messiaen, as well as pianists Abram Chasins, Josef Hofmann, Moritz Rosenthal, Ferrucio
Busoni, Edward Steurmann, Isidor Phillip, and Constance Keene.
Since founding Feilin Lin's Piano Studio in 2004, and Feilin Lin's School of Piano in 2008, Feilin Lin's
students have won dozens of IMTA District and State Auditions, multiple MTNA State Competitions,
The 10th Annual Chopin Youth Piano Competition in Wisconsin, The Sixteenth Annual Young Artists
Piano Competition in Missouri, and other top regional and national prizes and awards, including
prestigious acceptance to study piano at the Aspen Summer Music Festival and School.
Feilin Lin's students also have been featured on the NPR radio show, "From the Top" hosted by
concert pianist Christopher O'Riley, and received acceptance and scholarship offers from some of
America's finest university piano programs, such as College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), University
of Cincinnati (6th ranked piano program: U.S. News & World Report), Arizona State University, and
The University of Kansas.
